What moves us.
Van Atleet didn't start as a coffee shop. It started as an excuse to get together.

We never had to choose
For a long time we were told we had to choose. That surfing meant lying around, waiting for the tide to turn. That snowboarding was just rebellion. That cyclists only talked about bikes. That athletes lived obsessed with training. We never fully bought that — we go a little further. It's a feeling we know grabs you, even if it's hard to put into words. We've always been people who could spend ten hours on the mountain and end the day sharing a great dinner. Who could chase waves across the world, but also wander museums, discover restaurants, drink an extraordinary coffee, or get lost walking through a city. People who understood that sport doesn't define who you are — it simply reveals how you choose to live.

Van Atleet is born
Van Atleet was born for that group. For those who find beauty in a perfect line down the snow as much as in a well-designed object. For those who enjoy a hard training session, but also a well-set table, an intelligent conversation, and a space where every detail makes sense. Because we believe sophistication and adventure aren't at odds. Quite the opposite. Whoever learns to appreciate the small details is usually the same person chasing extraordinary experiences.

More than a coffee shop
That's why we never wanted to open just a coffee shop. We wanted to build a place where all of those people could recognize each other. A club where the common language is movement, but where the conversations go far beyond sport. A place where ideas flow as naturally as the coffee, where travel inspires new projects, and where the space matches the level of the people in it.

This club is yours too
That's Van Atleet. A space built for those who live with intensity, enjoy adventure without giving up good taste, and understand that real style isn't about what you show — it's about how you choose to live every experience. If you see yourself in that way of looking at the world, welcome. This club is yours too.
